Descripción

Time saving: - The time to action for tillage is sometimes very short. This is the case in soils that are known to be difficult. - The Express plough is very easy to handle. Its large working width, from 2 to 6 m, allows fast working and dramatically increases the hourly output in difficult conditions. - The work rates range from 1.5 to 5ha per hour depending on the model. Savings : - At purchase: An Express Plough costs 40% less than a traditional plough of identical working width. - Maintenance: The cost of wearing parts is divided by 2 compared to a traditional plough. - In use: The power required is one third less than that of a conventional plough. You increase your work rate by more than 30%. Low tire wear, less fuel consumption. More than a plough: - The combination of discs, tines, mouldboards and discs and rollers allows work without clogging, deep cracking, mixing of plant debris without burying it, and consolidation of the soil by breaking up the clods. -The TINE loosens in depth (18cm to 30cm) without creating a ploughing sole. -The ROLLER mixes the soil and buries the straw on the surface (5 to 15cm). -The ROLLER controls the terrage, breaks the clods, levels and reconsolidates the soil. Better than ploughing, the Express Plough: - Does not create a ploughing sole - Fissures in depth - Restructures the topsoil - Refines the soil surface - Creates a superficial mulch
