DISTRIBUTION Moulded vanes with patented edges and a stainless steel barrier positioned above the spreading discs: two of our winning choices ever for an optimal lateral distribution. FRAME The sturdy, yet lightweight frame guarantees a payload of up to 2000 kg, with a total machine weight of only 280 kg. HYDRAULIC CONTROLS The hydraulic control is a standard equipment on all double disc fertilizer spreaders with double spool valves. Instead of traditional compression absorbers, we apply gas shock absorbers that reduce and release the thrust gradually in order to guarantee lower stress for levers and shutters and consequently the correct opening positions also after many years of work. ELECTRONIC VERSION In these versions the required dosage is automatically adjusted according to the forward speed (Forward Speed Calibration) by means of two linear actuators. The system enables the instantaneous variation of the applied dosage, the interruption of spreading on one side, the verification of the worked hectares directly and comfortably from the tractor’s seat.
