Description
The perforated belt size sorter consists of a sorting unit and a transverse discharge conveyor.
The sorting unit has a plastic belt with square cutouts. The smaller berries fall through these cutouts to the discharge conveyor. Advantage of square performation is the minimal berry contact with the plastic belt, which supports a surface gentle processing.
The cutout size is customer specific.
Adjustable outlet chute shown on picture is optional.
