Defining flow rate of nozzles for vertical crops, row and greenhouse sprayers.
In order to check whether a nozzle is properly functioning, it is necessary to measure the flow. If one determines a flaw in the flow rate, it will be necessary to look for the cause of it; either within the nozzle itself or in other parts of the sprayer.
The flow rate measurement tool is developed to define the flow rate of nozzles mounted on sprayers used in the horti-, arboriculture and greenhouses. The standard version can be used to measure 8 nozzles but versions to measure 12, 16, 20 or 24 nozzles are also available. There are 2 basic versions: mechanical (FRM) and electronical (FRE).
.Equipped with quick fit couplings connected through silicon hoses to universal nozzle adapters.
.Constructed with durable materials and is made compact for easy transport.
.The glasses have a content of 2000 ml, a 20ml scale and 1% precision.
.The adapters are universal and fit on all type of nozzles.
.The measuring glasses are made of impact-resistant, transparent plastic and are all individually calibrated.
.The flow rate measurement device is JKI (G 1699) and ÖAIP approved.
.Optional: liquid collection container with/without pump.
.FRE (In addition to FRM): Electronic sensors in each measuring glass which define the content with a precision of 0.5% (flow rate up to 9 l/min).
.FRE (In addition to FRM): Measuring glasses which are opened and closed by an electronic valve that opens automatically.
.FRE (In addition to FRM): A complementary software with a complete inspection report.
.FRE (In addition to FRM): Standard provided with a liquid collection container and a return pump.
