Measuring flow output with the BFS FlowCheck
A quick and efficient way to ensure nozzle output is within tolerance for use. This ingenious device gets around the jug, stopwatch and timing problem when checking jets for flow rate.
Simply select the appropriate nozzle size on the rotating disc on the base, attach to the boom with the nozzle in the tube, switch on sprayer at 3 bar and by the time you have walked round to the rear of the machine the output will be visually indicated on the clear scale. Above or below the scale and the nozzle is giving more than 10% from its stated range, and should be discarded.
.The FlowCheck enables the flow rates of 8 different nozzle sizes to be accurately measured without the need for a measuring cylinder and stopwatch.
.The FlowCheck scale has been calibrated using clean water at 3.0 Bar (temp 20oc +/- 1oc).
.Testing should be carried out when the sprayer tank contains clean water.
