Controlling and calibrating airblast sprayers
As there are hundreds different shapes of trees and bushes depending on various factors, there is a multitude in possible settings of airblast sprayers. Therefore an accurate calibration of an airblast sprayer is crucial to provide good coverage and reduce drift.
The patternator is built with specially manufactured lamellae to collect the sprayed liquid and let the air out.
The liquid collected between the lamellae, placed in blocks of 10 cm, is guided to measuring glasses.
.The working height of the patternator can be selected in function of the height of the crop and/or type of tested sprayer (e.g. up to 200 cm for vineyards and up to 400 cm for orchards).
.All heights between 200 and 400 cm are available.
.Two versions available: single or double bended lamellae.
Options
.Electronic reading unit with ultrasonic sensor to read out the content of the measuring glasses. Data and graphs can be integrated in reports and printed with the dedicated software.
.The Vertical Patternator can be installed on a CE homologated trailer on request.
