The platform (4 x 2 m) above the electronic balance can be tilted in 4 different directions with a maximum angle of 15° to measure and monitor the tank content and residues of sprayers under hilly conditions. SPECIFICATIONS .With the drive engine (max. 12 kW - 200 to 600 RPM), the sprayer can be activated to simulate action on flat or hilly conditions. .The system is IP65 protected. .Balance for measuring total residual volume of sprayers, checking sprayer tank level indicator, total tank volume and overfilling capacity (ISO16119, ISO13340). .With the lift arms and connections integrated in the platform, sprayers can be mounted in a working position on the platform. .Two electrically driven cylinders and 4 blocking systems allow to tilt the platform. .With stepper engines on the cylinders, the position can be accurately altered. .The inclinometer (ISO17025 approved) indicates per 0,1°. .Under the platform, 4 weighing cells (ISO17025 approved) are assembled for weighing the whole construction continuously with a precision of 0.1 kg.
