This SP100 TT automatic apple slicing machine and wedge cutter can be used to process apples. The automatic apple slicer is available in two different working capacity, 50 and 100 apples per minute. Using the same efficient orient technology of the Industrial Apple Peeler PDS, after the apples are oriented, they are transferred onto patented slicing blades. Between a special designed pad pusher and a unique combined blade & coring system the apples are cut into segment avoiding the translucency on apple’s segment edge or broken edge slices as it happens very often slicing in the wrong way.
