MAXI trailed fertilizer spreaders have been designed to respond to the requirements of professional operators and of third-party contractors for the distribution of fertilizers on large scale land. MAXI are equipped with a hopper having a big loading capacity which guarantees a daily work yield of several hectares. The solid bearing frame allows speeds of up to 40 km/h. The large resting surface area of the tires reduces pressure on the ground, even in particularly critical conditions. The stainless steel bottom of the hopper has a rubber conveyor belt (width 600 mm) which ensures uniform feeding while proportional spreading matches the speed of the tractor via the volumetric crown wheel (MEC version) which rely hydraulically on the wheel of the fertilizer spreader. The IDRO version has the ECS computer for data management with speed sensor on the spreader wheel while proportional and accurate distribution is hydraulically regulated with two independent motors for the belt and the discs. MAXI fertilizer spreaders are equipped with a universal spreading system for the distribution of slightly damp products, inert organic fertilizers up to 15 meters and mineral fertilizers up to a 24 meters working width (up to 36 meters on MAXI PRO). The distribution group is composed of two spreading discs with adjustable radial vanes in stainless steel driven by PTO for MEC version or hydraulic motor for IDRO version.
