Short description
A sustained‑release bolus supplying iodine, cobalt and selenium for adult cattle on grass or forage‑based diets with a liveweight over 400 kg. 24·7 SMARTRACE® ADULT CATTLE is formulated for situations where supplementation of iodine, cobalt and selenium is required in the run‑up to calving and service, and where additional copper is not needed. The bolus provides each animal's full daily requirement of these trace elements for 180 days.

Technology
24·7 SMARTRACE® ADULT CATTLE boluses are designed to lodge in the reticulum. The outer wrapper dissolves, the bolus splits into two parts which then erode and dissolve gradually, ensuring a continuous and consistent release of nutrients over the active life of the product.

Efficacy
24·7 SMARTRACE® ADULT CATTLE has been evaluated through a detailed R&D programme conducted in‑house and in New Zealand. A variant of this bolus technology has been successfully launched in New Zealand. Cattle trials confirm an excellent sustained‑release profile that maintains iodine, cobalt and selenium levels throughout the bolus active life.

Administration
Give one 160 g bolus to each animal. Always use the approved Agrimin cattle bolus Applicator A for administration. Boluses are packed in units of 10 (sufficient for 10 cattle).
