The cover of the shed is made in galvanised metal, with hocks and reinforcement rings. The roof consists of highly resistant, 40 mm thick insulating panels and by a double galvanised metal sheet lacquered in polyurethane foam. As for the shed, it is made of 40 mm, polyurethane-lacquered, insulated side walls and pediments and it is equipped with an access door and four “French” style exit gates. The shed is provided with two windows positioned on each side wall to allow perfect ventilation of the house and with an adjustable small dome in the upper part of the roof to rule the ventilation. Our mobile shed is supplied in dismantled form with a detailed installation manual. Its assembly is easy and quick. Upon request, Agritech is in a position to supply a set of wheels and lifting devices to make the shed transportable. Dimensions: Shed 6.6 m x 8.8 m, surface 60 m2 , height of the support pillars 2 m, interior height under beam 3 m, square carrying frame 150 mm x 150 mm x 3 mm in hot dip galvanised steel; access door 1 m x 2m H. Side entry / exit gates 2 m x 0.55 m H. Following items are available as options to complete the shed: movable silo in fiberglass Mod. CUBO2 (storage volume 2 m3) to store poultry feed; portable screw conveyor Mod. Gunload to fill the silo. Flex auger feed transport system connecting the silo intake hopper with the inside of the shed, consisting of a drive unit, PVC pipes and elbows, steel spirals. Inside feed & water transport system consisting of automatic feeding lines and automatic drinkers. Fiberglass tank for liquids in capacity 500 or 1000 l. Photovoltaic panel heating and gas radiant panels for on-site, self-sufficient power production.
