After washing, the fruit is crushed in the directly attached fruit grinder. The resulting mash is then spread directly onto the belt press. The cleaned fruit is transferred upwards, cleaned again with spray nozzles, crushed in the directly attached fruit grinder and transferred into the dosing boxes of the belt press. The crushing unit is easily operated and cleaned by one person.
