The new harvesting head called ZEUS has been designed for challenging use and to meet the requirements of the most demanding customers, who look for a tool without compromise. The heart of ZEUS is made up of gears extracted from a steel bar, taken off the machine and rebored. They are lubricated for a lifetime. The moving part is a stem in cemented steel with a ceramic bushing, to ensure the longest duration. The use of state-of-the-art polymers, also used in the aerospace field, guarantees a high lightness and toughness. There are two models of the harvesting combs: straight with 4+4 carbon and kevlar rods or curved with 5+5 carbon and kevlar rods, especially suitable for tough drupes. A modular pole fastening system makes ZEUS an adaptable head for the main multitool in the market.
