The cleaning process is based entirely on airflow strength, with grain separation occurring by weight. The machine can clean grains of any impurity and moisture level, including wheat, corn, soybeans, rapeseed, nuts, sunflowers, sorghum, rice, lupines, cocoa beans, seeds, etc. Beyond organic crops, the ALS can also sort granite grit, metal scrap, PVC, and similar materials. Grain cleaners ALS can be equipped with additional equipment to increase productivity and improve grain handling. We have developed VOK cyclones (dust separators) - technologically advanced systems for suction and deposition in a special chamber of all the lightest impurities (dust, chaff) flowing out of the ALS through the outlet channel for light fractions. OSC Scalper is a device for pre-cleaning with a special vibrating screen. It removes coarse impurities and waste from commercial and planting crops: grain, legumes, vegetables, melons and fodder, as well as all kinds of granular mixtures. OSC can also separate seeds of different sizes, but with the same specific gravity, or very small grass or herb seeds.
