Description
The ALMACO Large Plot Thresher (LPT) is a high-capacity, bulk harvesting machine used in seed research. It’s a true multi-crop thresher and can handle a range of crops including soybeans, cereals, wheat, grasses, forages, sorghum, hemp, and more. Simply change threshing cylinders and concaves for different crops. The LPT can process large plots with a capacity between 1,800 – 2,000 pounds of threshed grain per hour. With its easy cleanout with no seed carryover, it’s perfect for regulated work and seed purity. The LPT has the threshing power of a plot combine—but it’s is small enough to tow.
