The Maratona MG rigid disc harrow, working on the surface, ensures a fundamental maintenance of fertility and a high mixing of crop residues. In addition to single use, it can be combined with Alpego JET-X and Fertidrill ASPRO seed drills. Available in working widths from 3 to 4 m, it is suitable for tractors from 120 to 220 HP. FRAME High-strength steel frame with discs in herringbone layout. Thanks to their position they allow for excellent mixing of the soil and avoid accumulating material. HIGH-STRENGTH DISCS High-strength steel toothed Ø460 mm discs assembled on special “Long-Life” bearings with minimised maintenance and joined to the frame by exclusive elastic elements. The discs positioned behind the tractor tracks are individually height-adjustable. ELASTIC AND MOVABLE SIDE PLATES Elastic and movable side plates, which according to the flow of soil generated by the discs, can be adjusted for better containment of the clods and resulting outflow into the roller. ADJUSTMENT OF THE ROLLER Roller adjustment system through jacks that allow for simple and precise movement.
