Our multi-storey dryer system is one of the most economical because it uses almost all the water vapor saturation power of the air and a large part of the calories is supplied by the generator. The multi-storey dryer, a bolted assembly of galvanized profiles and sheets, is composed of superimposed hatches with centralized opening. It can be equipped with a helicoidal or centrifugal hot air generator of different power depending on the dimensions. This system is one of the most economical because it uses almost all the water vapor saturation power of the air and a large part of the calories is supplied by the generator. The multi-stage dryer also allows a rational drying because the nuts are pre-dried in the upper stage and then finished in the lower stage; this allows a higher temperature (30 to 35 °C).
