For several years, AMOS has been developing the concept of Tribaie, a machine destined to obtain by successive sorting an irreproachable quality comprising only healthy and ripe berries. Manual sorting is done before destemming on whole bunches.
The Tribaie comprises:
1 - Vibrating Receiving Table (VRT) fitted with a distribution system
(see options) and level sensor for flow regulation, and a drop zone with collection pan.
2 - Separation drum for sorting the harvest into three categories:
Whole grapes, split grapes, small debris adhering to the drum.
3 - Densimetric Separation System (optional) comprises:
- A recycling tank with pump and reverse flow circuit to the densimetric tank
- A gravitational outlet circuit for separating ripe and unripe (floating) grapes in juice solution.
4 - Vibrating Triage Table (VTT) to separate liquids from solids before
processing duct leaves the machine.
