The ARPAL AM-120TR-K (PRO series) is a tractor-mounted (PTO-driven) wood chipper with a rotating discharge conveyor, designed for processing branches up to 120 mm in diameter with a throughput of up to 10 m³/h. The conveyor loads firewood chunks directly into a trailer, container or pile up to 3 m high — a complete on-site processing line for farmers, landscape contractors and municipal services. The machine complies with EU safety directives and is trusted by customers in Germany, Denmark, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada and beyond.

The chipper converts branches and timber waste into uniform firewood chunks of 90–180 mm — a superior fuel for solid-fuel and pyrolysis boilers, fireplaces and stoves, and an ideal feedstock for charcoal production. The chunks season naturally without specialized drying and store significantly better than traditional logs.

• Rotating Aero-Lift conveyor system: discharge in three positions (0°, 45°, 90°) without repositioning the machine; loading height up to 3 m; gas struts let a single operator fold and unfold the conveyor; premium four-layer polymer belt (made in the Netherlands) with ultrasonically welded cleats.

• 20 kg stabilizing inertia flywheel accumulates kinetic energy, compensates peak loads and prevents RPM drops on thick branches.
• SmartFix tapered couplings ensure perfect blade alignment and slip on extreme overload (~2000 Nm), protecting shafts and gears.
• ARPAL Total Protect safety package: protective friction clutch in the cardan shaft shields the drive train from overload; extended hopper geometry makes contact with the blades physically impossible; Quick Stop emergency handle at the hopper edge; fully enclosed transmission with protective shields and a safety curtain at the input.
• ErgoBase functional design: reinforced hopper with 4 mm steel flange and perimeter stiffening ribs, plug-and-play operation, and premium electrostatic powder coating that keeps the machine corrosion-free and "like-new" even after years of outdoor use.
• Options: additional blade sets; T5 cardan shaft (standard); T5 cardan shaft, extended (for T-40 type tractors); single-bag filling hopper for mesh bags, mountable on the conveyor (made to order).
