The high-capacity tray washing machine LV1200 with overturning system made by Atlantic Man. allows to wash and disinfect in depth any type of trays and crates for seedlings used in greenhouses and nurseries, ensuring a production capacity of up to 1200 trays per hours. Thanks to this tray washer, the washing and the disinfection process are completely automatic: the dirty trays are piled up upside down and automatically destacked to be carefully washed by 52 high pressure water nozzles, mechanically brushed to remove the solid residues remained inside the cells or on external surfaces and sanitised with a solution chosen according to different production needs. Once cleaned and disinfected, the trays are automatically stacked. To make the washing and disinfection process even more efficient it is possible to install on the high-capacity tray washing machine LV1200 a range of optional items, such as the immersion tank in which the containers are completely submerged in water and disinfectant solution and fans for drying the trays.
