Electric heating vat, ideal for your pasteurisation
This vat is ideal for the heating and pasteuristion of dairy products, fruit juices, creams and dessert creams with a maximum temperature of 98°C. It also facilitates the production of whey-based cheeses (Ricotta, Brousse, Bruccio, Greuil).
The pasteurisation temperature and the stirring speed are programmable. The programmable controller allows the delayed start of heating and stirring.
In order to improve the working positions, this vat can be equipped with a walkway or an elevation system to facilitate emptying, and working at height.

With a capacity of 50 to 1000 litres, this vat is constructed entirely of stainless steel. Electric immersion heaters provide the heating.
The progammable controller stores up to nine recipes and can provide for a delayed start
. Alternatively, heating can be provided by a plate heat exchanger with a water-circulating pump - an advantage for viscous products. The plate-heating system works in a closed loop recovering used water.
