We developed the new Trough in close collaboration with the German company Metasa. This horticultural supplier has developed a special machine for production of raised beds, the so-called 'Dammformer’. The Bato Trough fits perfectly into the formed beds. The strawberry plants can easily be placed side by side across the width, instead of the usual way of planting.
