Parsnips are an ancient crop, they form 40 cm long white roots with a spicy, aromatic taste. Can be eaten raw or cooked and used in soups (Leidse Husselpot). Provide a well-loosened soil. Can be harvested when the leaves have died. Gladiator F1 is significantly stronger than the regular half-length variant.
