Turnip greens are turnips sown close together. An early harvestable spring vegetable, tastes nice and spicy and can be eaten like spinach. Contains many minerals such as calcium, potassium, sodium and also vitamins B and C. Sow in rows in the open ground in early spring or under glass from autumn. Do not sow too thickly and do not thin out. Harvest when the crop is about 20 cm high and cut just above the ground.
