Basil seed Dark Opal

Ocimum Basilicum Dark Opal is bluish purple and wonderfully aromatic. Combines beautifully in pots with green basil. Also tasty as a sprout vegetable! Delicious in rice disches and because of the special color, in basil vinegar. Sow under glass, do not cover seeds, press lightly and keep moist. When the plants are sufficiently large, plant them in pots and containers or in a warm spot in the ground.
