Range of reliable and highly performing rear-mounted disc mowers for mowing fodder on small and medium-sized areas. The minimum power required from PTO makes the Rotex XT applicable to low power tractors as well as in combination with front-mounted mowers. Focus Thanks to the robust cutter bar, with working widths from 1.65 to 2.85 m, and the reduced pressure to the ground, the Rotex XT ensure a clean cut, optimal nutritional value maintenance and a well-preserved lawn to the benefit of a superior quality fodder. Structure. • Three-point hitch frame: the fixed frame is adjusted by means of lower cat. 2 and 3 pins used to adjust the cutter bar with respect to the tractor wheel or the overlap when working in combination with a front-mounted mower. The new fixed frame gives greater stability and robustness. • Impact-preventing safety unlock device to avoid any damage: in case of strong bumps against an obstacle, the device partially retracts and lifts the cutter bar. Lightening. Balancing and lightening of the cutter bar occur through a system of strong helical springs and tie-rods. In this way the cutter bar can perfectly adapt to the ground contour. Advantages: 1. Less friction resulting in fuel saving. 2. Regular cutting height. 3. Always clean and non-contaminated fodder. 4. Protection of the turf. Hydraulic lifting. The standard supplied hydraulic lifting allows lifting the bar up to +900 (i.e. vertically) during end-of-field manoeuvres and during road transfer, and it operates trouble-free on embankments and escarpments up to -350 with respect to the horizontal plane.
