MTP flail mowers fit walk-behind tractors from 8 to 18 Hp (from 6 to 14 kW). These tools have been designed to cut grass and small branches in vineyards, orchards and plant nurseries. They are extremely reliable, efficient, high performing and easy to be mounted by using customized joints for the application in the front or rear of any walk-behind tractors. The compact design reduces possible bumps and makes this implement easy to handle for a fast and accurate work in any conditions. The gearbox, featuring fully hardened steel gears and ball bearings in oil bath enclosed in a cast-iron housing, and the belts secondary transmission reduce maintenance to a simple periodic check of the oil level, belts and hammers or knifes wear.
