The front disc mower range comprises the following models: DF4000, DF5000, DF6000 and DF7000 corresponding to different cutting widths and number of discs. Choosing the right-sized mower will enable you to optimise your investment and manage your workload more efficiently. The front disc mowers guarantee dependability and performance combined with solidity and ease of handling. In the DF5000GM, DF6000GM and DF7000GM versions, the models are equipped with conditioner with rubber rollers to reduce drying and haymaking times. THE CONDITIONER GIVES YOU THE EDGE. To accelerate the drying process and produce optimal quality fodder, the mowers can be provided with a conditioner with helical rubber rollers (Chevron type), where both the rollers are drive rollers due to the dual transmission. This eliminates the risk of clogging. The conditioner is self-cleaning with closed box transmission in an oil bath. As the fodder passes through the rollers, it is compressed and this opens the outer waxy layer of the stems, so that the excess water flows out, while maintaining the body and all the nutritional elements.
