TFA drum mowers fit tractors from 18 to 45 Hp (14 to 33 kW) with PTO speed 540/1000/2000 rpm. They are extremely light and easy to be mounted in the front of tractors with standard 3-point linkage Cat.1. The compact design reduces possible bumps and make this implement easy to handle. The high drums make a perfect cutting of the fodder feasible, creating regular central windrows, combined with a high working speed even in the most difficult conditions. The lower free disc allows the cutting disc to follow the contour of the ground, independent of the tractor axle. These models are provided with double drums equipped with 8 swivel knives that retract when an obstacle is met.
