BESTMIX® Recipe Management provides R&D and Quality departments with the ideal tool to accelerate the development of prototypes and new recipes while also efficiently managing existing recipes and recipe specifications in general.
When entering a Bill Of Material the software immediately displays the ingredient declaration, allergen profile and nutritional values. Furthermore, the solution can take evaporation, vitamin loss at production and shelf life losses into account.
Additionally, with a simple push of a button, users are able to generate multilingual product specifications that are based on predefined and customizable templates, which shortens the time it takes to launch a new product.
Internal collaboration is simplified by storing all relevant recipe information in one central database that can be consulted at any time and any place by anyone with the proper authorization.
