The comfort line for contract companies and large wineries.
How you benefit
The three-stage harvest cleaning system reduces the proportion of leaves among harvested berries to the lowest level possible: before even coming into contact with the grapes, up to 70 percent of leaves are separated out by the cross air nozzle and leaf rake. Juice losses are minimized.
The subsequent bottom suction fan catches yet more leaves before the harvested grapes are conveyed upward on the belt.
After this, the suction fan positioned on the cross conveyor belt removes any remaining leaves – so that grapes reaching the tank are of superior quality.
Get routine cleaning and maintenance done quickly.
Cleaning and maintenance is required every day. All covers including the access ladder can be opened without tools to facilitate regular maintenance and cleaning.
Whether you are in the vineyard or equipment yard—the engine, conveyor belt and destemmer can be quickly and easily accessed.
The sealed off top platform protects the engine compartment from ingress of water and dirt/debris. Corners and edges where dirt easily accumulates were avoided.
Destemmer and VITIselect sorting table
ERO has been offering its grape harvester with an integrated destemmer since 1989.
The destemmer of the Grapeliner 7000 features automated self-leveling. This means that the same conditions prevail even on side slopes. The basket shaft and rotor shaft speeds can be adjusted and monitored separately according to the grape variety and ripeness from the touchscreen. The selected speeds can be saved in the harvesting programs for later use.
