During peripartum time, the sow suffers many stresses: change of house, of feed, significant modifications of hormonal balances…. These changes affect sow metabolism and more particularly their transit. This slowed transit disturbs sow comfort, farrowing progress, piglets’ livability at birth…. It may also disturb intestine flora balance and makes sows more sensitive to the proliferation of digestive pathogens, which are then found in faeces and in the sow and piglet environment (teats, slatted floors….) EASYNAT, distributed to sows around farrowing, regulates the sow transit. It creates a good balance of sow digestive flora (thanks to yeasts and prebiotics), and strengthens their natural defenses (thanks to selenium). Thus, EASYNAT improves piglet birth environment. EASYNAT improves farrowing progress and the survival of piglets at birth. It strengthens digestive safety and animals’ livability. Direction of use : Add EASYNAT into feed, directly in troughs, at the rate of 30g per day (= one level spoon), during 10 running days around farrowing (7 days before and 3 days after).
