Anagyrus pseudococci
Anagyrus pseudococci is a well-known parasitoid of Planococcus spp. and Pseudococcus spp. mealybugs in citrus and grape crops as well as greenhouse ornamentals and vegetables. Females prefers the third larval stage, but the second and fourth larval stage can be parasitized as well. They can live up to about 5-6 weeks and each female can produce up to 45 offspring. A. pseudococci has a very high search capacity, even at low pest pressure, and able to be used for early releases.
