Dacnusa sibirica The parasitic wasp D. sibirica gives good control of leaf miners in the colder weather conditions of early spring.  It also has a high search capacity and is able to parasitize leaf miner larvae even at a low pest density. Another advantage is that Dacnusa can distinguish non-parasitized from parasitized leafminer larvae.
