Single-beam ploughs Libra are designed for medium and deep ploughing on various soils. If stony soils occur, ploughs with protection by springs which effectively protect against the overload and damage are recommended. Working width of plough bodies is adjustable from 30 to 50 cm. Distance between plough bodies on the frame equaling 90 cm and height under the frame equaling 83 cm allows for unconstrained operation on fields with post-harvest residues. Support wheel which sets the depth of ploughing in the range to 35 cm is mounted in the holder of the third plough body. Disc skimmers are the additional equipment providing for good quality (uniform and shallow) of ploughing the organic matter. Disc skimmers are attached to the beam of plough bodies with the aid of holders to allow free adjustment of working parts. Maximum permissible power of the tractor for single-beam plough U068: plough 3 – 82 HP, plough 4 – 105 HP, plough 5 – 126 HP. Working with a higher power tractor results in a loss of warranty.
