a fundamentally new type of scraping transporters In comparison with other scraping transporters it guarantees better cleaning of the channels and longer service life. Conveyer was designed for removing the manure of any consistency with any type of layering from the channel, which is situated along the cattle stalls at tie housing system with the simultaneous loading of it (manure) to the vehicle. In conveyer KSG.1.09. new solutions are used: new demountable traction chain, which is made of forged links connected to each other (prevent from size changes of the chain in the process of using and its twisting), new type of scraper is used ( П – type), which provides a better quality cleaning, attachment of the scraper to the traction was simplified, circuit contains forged turning rollers and rotary driving sprocket, which are more resistant to wear. The possibility of mounting in the channels TSN-2,0 B, KSN-F-100, KSG-1.01. is foreseen.
