The ASU and ASA air cleaners remove dust and light particles from grain, corn, malt, and other food products. They have separate discharges for dust and light particles and help to reduce dust and dust explosions.
Air flow
Differences between the ASU and ASA air cleaners
The ASU uses a recirculation system, so, a smaller cyclone and less filter surface are necessary for the same throughput. The ASA, however, works on exhaust air, which is better suited for dusty or oily products.
Cost-effective
Small footprint with high output
The air cleaner has a compact design. Its vibrating distribution flap also spreads the product evenly throughout the air cleaner, thereby helping to increase throughput.
Prolonged service life
Optional wear protection
Install wear protection for processing abrasive products or to operate the air cleaner 24/7.
