The Rapid Lab is an out of furrow reversible plough type cultivator, with 6 to 12 furrows. It enables cultivation work to be carried out in the same way as reversible ploughing, and also maintains the advantages of ploughing. It is equipped with 13 inch (33.3 cm) plough bodies and working widths go from 2.00 to 4.00 m depending on the number of bodies. The purpose of the small plough body is to mix and bury crop residues better without creating a mat that would inhibit air and water transfer between the service and the subsoil in the furrow bottom. Skimmers can be fitted as an option in order to improve the burying. The turnover mechanism (a Ø140 mm shaft with a chain and pinion) is highly reliable.
