The new Forward Reach RMB Mower series from Bush Hog introduces two new models ideal for more demanding agricultural, roadside maintenance, and municipality use. Built to last from high grade DOMEX steel, both the RMB1880F and RMB2080F models pack a powerful combination of cutting capacity and reach into a rear mounted boom mower designed to handle extensive hedge cutting and verge-mowing duties. With Variable Forward Reach capabilities, the operator can now maneuver the mower head along the range from behind the tractor wheel to alongside the cab for improved visibility, functionality and efficiency. For use with tractors equipped with cabs, weighing a minimum of 8,800 lb. and 80 HP.
Four new cutter head options are also available for the Forward Reach RMB mowers. Three flail head options with a 1”- 1-1/2” cutting capacity each come standard with adjustable front guard and flap kits to protect from thrown objects, as well as a built-in wire trap feature to help keep loose wires from becoming entangled in the rotor. The optional rotary cutter head unit offers powerful 4” cutting capacity in a 47” working width.
