EPS Line is a modular system conceived to process into pellets the dry bales of vine prunings and other trimmings collected with the round baler QUICKPOWER. EPS Line is made up of the following parts and machines: electrically powered shredder EASYCHIPPER combined with a mill, a cyclonic dust separator and a dust vacuum system, an iron separator to catch any metal parts, a sieve to better select the material size, the pellet machine EASYPELLET, an additional dust vacuum system and a screw conveyor to move the pellets into the big bag. An ultrasonic sensor signals when the pellet machine EASYPELLET is full, while another sensor stops the pelletizing process when the pellet big bag is full. EPS Line is extremely versatile because: •It allows to process the bales into pellets directly in the farm; •Thanks to its compact size it can be easily moved to different work sites.
