The AR Palm Oil model has been specially designed by Caron for the use in particular crop plantations, like palm oil plantations. Compact and easy to handle, it can transport up to 2,200 kg of palm oil fruit and then unload into collection bins: a tripled capacity compared to the transporters previously most used within the plantations, thus guaranteeing a notable reduction in working times and halving fuel consumption compared to a traditional tractor with trailer. In order to face the management and supply difficulties of spare parts in these often remote plantations, Caron has developed a vehicle where the operator can apply any equipment needed to fulfil the work cycle. Spare parts and parts subject to wear and tear have been homogeneously designed in order to simplify warehouse management and speed up the training of maintenance workers.
