Telescopic cannon for the treatment of banana plantations The cannon head has a double adjustable outlet, the two diffusers are mounted on spheres that allow the flow to be oriented in all directions, and allow you to apply spray mixtures from bottom to top. Thanks to a 3-position diaphragm,it is possible to use both outputs or only one of the two. The nozzles are anti-drift type. It has a powerful centrifugal turbine for tractors 50-70 HP with an air volume of 18,000-20,000 cubic meters/h and an average air speed of 180-200 km/h, which guarantees an optimal range, with drops of 200-300 microns in order to avoid drift and have full control of the target (DROP-TO-TARGET), even in the presence of wind from 10 to 25 km/h. The cannons guarantee a range of 12 m per side, therefore it will be possible to have a passage every 24 m in the banana plantation. These performances guarantee the effectiveness of the treatment since the mixture is sprayed from above on the upper side of the leaf where the diseases lurk, and also reducing the work time, when compared to any other method with traditional sprayers. To consider that the effectiveness of traditional sprayers is lower than the BANART because they spray from below, without going beyond the upper vegetation of the plant where the BANART arrives in a homogeneous and capillary way.
