Cashels Double Bale Handlers overcome the problem many double handlers on the market currently have. When the first bale is picked, how do you pick the second one without tearing the film? You could have them positioned side by side after wrapping but this wastes valuable time. Instead, Cashels Double Bale Handlers allow you to pick one bale from anywhere in the field then comfortably pick the second one without the first even touching the ground. Cashels Pick & Stack Double Bale Handler has been developed to cater for the transport and stacking of two 4 foot wrapped bales without damage to film. This new rugged design combines two existing Cashels designs, the Pick & Stack single frame and Ducks Foot Bale Handler, into one. This gives the farmer/contractor a new double bale handler solution that minimises the time from field to storage – without compromise to bale integrity – but critically also allows bales to be stacked two-high at the chosen storage destination. The first round bale can be picked using either side of the bale handler. This bale is raised to give sufficient ground clearance to collect the second bale on the empty side. When the second bale has been collected, both bales are moved into position for transport. At storage destination, bales can be stacked as required – up to two high. All this can be achieved without leaving the tractor seat. The Cashels Hydraulic Vari-Width Double Bale Handler has been developed to cater for the transport of two 4 foot wrapped bales without damage to film.
