As well as this, the units are finished to the highest quality with a glossy, 2-pack paint over a hard-wearing primer. The Cashels 13’ x 7’ Multi-Purpose Dropside Trailers have been developed to cater for general everyday haulage work. Built with quality and strength in mind, these trailers are designed for transportation of sand, gravel, topsoil, fertiliser, grain etc. The trailer chassis is a robust constructuon, fabricated from heavy duty 180mm channel and incorporates a 150x150mm structural box section drawbar. This chassis is fitted with a heavy duty bogey axle as standard. The trailer body consists of a durable tipping section with easily removable 2.5mm hinged drop sides, which enables the trailer to be used as a flatbed. The floor is fabricated from 4mm mild steel, which sits on heavy duty cross member channels. Road legal lights are fitted inside the rear bumper protecting them from harsh working conditions.
