The (patented) bunded shelving units from Cashels are designed to help companies comply with EU regulations by containing accidental spillages of dangerous goods at point of storage/display. Each bunded shelving unit is made up of a bund reservoir, four individual vented shelf trays and supporting frame which also directs any accidental spillage from the individual shelf trays down into the bund reservoir. Any spillage that may occur on the individual shelf trays is extracted through the vent holes on the shelf tray and flows down through the support frame directly into the bund reservoir. The bund reservoir is fitted with a removable galvanised grid to allow any waste liquid to be extracted/removed by specialist contractors. The galvanised grid also acts as the bottom shelf tray unit allowing any accidental spillages to pass through directly into the bund reservoir. Other sizes available to customers requirements.
