Description

The Maxtensor® system facilitates and speeds up the tensioning, stretching and joining metallic wires commonly used in the main types of vineyards (for example: row wire, arbors, etc.) and fruit orchards: in fact, using the Maxtensor® system allows for savings of up to 70% in the time necessary for traditional assembly systems. The system includes the MX1 tensioner, the tensioners/connectors MX2 and MXL2, and finally the MX pliers. MX1 tensioner provides secure anchoring of metallic wires and cables to the tensioning posts. It is composed of a high quality metallic alloy body, a blocking roller in a highly resistant, hard metallic alloy and a stainless steel spring. MX1 ensures excellent performance, even in particularly severe weather conditions. When subjected to tension tests, MX1 demonstrated a maximum breaking load superior to that of the wire it is solidly anchored to. In addition, after the testing it continues to function perfectly and is reusable. It is extremely easy to install. Tensioning is executed with the MX pliers. MXS2/MX2/MXL2 can be used for joining and tensioning wires and metallic cables. It has identical components and performance to the MX1 model. It is extremely easy to install. Tensioning is executed with the MX pliers. The “L” version is bigger, stronger and takes larger diameter wires. It is easy to install and is tensioned with the MX pliers. MX The pliers designed to install Maxtensor® tensioners. They are made from metals which are specifically chosen to produce pliers which are light (1.2 kg) and easy to handle but extremely strong.
