After the harvested bulk cotton is conveyed to the loading hopper by front loader equipment, it is compressed in cylindrical form within the baling chamber of the PRESSTIGE C. Subsequently, it is wrapped with stretch film to form a bale. The machine is capable of operating both in a fixed position and in the field for baling. While non-baled cotton is transported by special elevated trucks at a capacity of 8 tons, baled cotton provides the possibility of transportation up to 24 tons using regular flatbed trailer vehicles. PERFORMANCE IS UNDER CONTROL Baled cotton, providing protection against external factors, does not require special storage areas. With the special baling chamber, logistics are maximized (24 tons of product in a standard trailer); 60% more transportation efficiency. The ability to bale moist products (up to 16% moisture with 0% product loss), requiring 1/3 less storage space. Low energy input thanks to the smart automation system (91% less power requirement). The Cotton Baling Machine can produce 1 package (800 kg) of bale in a short time, approximately 3-4 minutes. Thanks to a resilient harvesting system against challenging weather conditions, baling cotton in the field is faster and easier, allowing you to maintain the desired fiber quality.
