The Tata trailer is equipped with a very strong and resistant chassis, it can be equipped with a tow hook or road trailer. Our pasteurisers are entirely made of AISI 304L stainless steel, electropolished both internally and externally and manufactured in-house, with finishing accessories certified exclusively Made in Italy. All models can be powered at 230V - 380V - 50 Hz - 60 Hz, have heating resistances from 4 Kw to 30 Kw and are equipped with electronic control of the functions, easily adjustable. Milk pasteurisation takes place uniformly from the bottom to the border of the tank, thanks to the total double chamber, which guarantees heating and cooling of all the milk inside the tank. The milk, in fact, heated for 30/45 minutes to a constant temperature of approximately 63/65° C, is kept moving by the special mixing blade, which, by allowing the homogeneous distribution of heat, ensures the total elimination of bacteria. A dosing pump in stainless steel with remote control and battery powered guarantees the distribution system. The pump is controlled by the electronic board, which controls the dispensed liters, those to be dispensed and the quantity to be distributed for each individual animal. The distributor gun, equipped with a non-return valve, allows the milk to be dispensed while remaining comfortably seated on the tractor.
