Manufacturing advantages: Highly experienced manufactures of sand filters with over 60 years’ experience Robotic welding ensures consistency and welds of highest quality Welds are EN ISO 15614-1 & 15609-1 certified 10% + Torospherial deep-drawn domes require only one seam weld giving Conns vessels a higher pressure rating Each vessel goes through a non-destructive test using in house hydraulic test bench at 12 Bar for 5min Large manholes ensure easy access Epoxy powder coating used on the inside and outside of the vessels. Additional UV resistant polyester powder coat layer on the outside of the vessel to protect against the elements. All vessels are subjected to Elcometer thickness readings. Quality control in accordance with ISO standards Vessels are easily automated through various valve and controller configurations
