The automatic trailer CP04 makes the Tecnofruit a really complete harvesting system that allow to manage the conveying and filling of the bins in total gentle way and, in the same time take, to care about the handling of the logistic of the full and empty bins. Never was easier to manage the harvesting site. The trailer it’s equipped with five hydraulic functions: the transport of the empty fruit bins on the upper part of the trailer by hydraulic moved chains, lifting of the empty fruit containers, moving of the full fruit containers on the bottom part of the trailer by hydraulic moved chains, offloading of the full containers to the ground and hydraulic steering of the trailer. Control panel provided on the driver’s side of the harvester allow the quick replacement of a full container with an empty one. The trailer can carry up to 16 empty containers and up to 3 full containers on the bottom chain. Moreover, the hydraulic steering of the wheels of the trailer allows it to follow exactly the trail of the fruit picking machine. All this allow small turning circle. The assisted changing of containers makes the job of the operator easier: it’s not tiring, it’s safety and a changing time also under 20 seconds (full/empty) container increase the capacity of the Tecnofruit harvesting system.
